Divine Enablement (Tawfīq)

Tawfīq is the gap between knowing what is right and actually doing it. It is Allāh’s enabling grace that bridges intention and action. To ask for it is to be honest about the limits of human will, even when the heart is sincere.

an-Naml · 27:19
My Lord, Enable me to be Grateful for Your Favour which You have Bestowed upon me and upon my Parents, and to do Righteousness that Pleases You, and Admit me by Your Mercy among Your Righteous Servants

رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَدْخِلْنِي بِرَحْمَتِكَ فِي عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ

al-Aḥqāf · 46:15
My Lord, Grant me the Ability to be Grateful for Your favour which You have Bestowed upon me and upon my Parents, and to do Righteous Deeds that will Please You, and Rectify for me my Offspring. Indeed, I turn to You in Repentance, and I am Truly a Submitter.
